For us, it’s about balancing a grip on what's thought to be do-able [the ‘internal’ view] with an obsession for what’s possible [the ‘external’ (Greystone) view]. These combined points-of-view give rise to a design and roll-out which yields stronger results than either perspective could realize on its own.

When faced with structural/organizational ‘hurdles’, we maintain an unbridled passion, optimism, perseverance, and an unwavering attitude of "what would it take?...”

-in contrast to- an internally focused, inescapable ‘reality-based’ skepticism with a mantra of “You can’t do that because ...” or “That won’t work here because ...” or “This organization (culture) won’t accept that...” or “That’s too politicically controversial...”

Soooo... we will challenge you at every critical juncture to do more [make more of a difference] and do it at less ‘cost’ [time, money, human and material resources] than you would have anticipated.
